Downs Renos started in 2013 in a tin shed off Darling Street, with one ute, one tile saw and an obsession with doing the job right the first time.

Twelve years later we're still in Drayton, still family-run, and still finishing jobs to the standard we'd accept in our own homes. Our team has grown — designer, project manager, tilers, cabinet maker, plumber, electrician, painter — but our promise hasn't changed: a fixed price, an honest timeline, and one person responsible for the whole thing.

We turn down jobs we can't do well. We don't subcontract our craftsmanship to whoever's cheapest this week. And we treat every home like it's our nan's place.
